Damini Ogulu popularly known as (Burna Boy) is a Nigerian afro beat, reggae, dancehall singer and songwriter born on 2th July 1991 at Ahuada River State.

He attended his elementary education at Montessori international school, and later moved to lagos to completed his secondary education at corona, Agbara Lagos , burna boy flee to UK to further his studies which he achieved. The star got the music inspiration from his grandfather Benson Idons who were manager of music legend Fela Kuti .In Late November 2010 the superstar came back to Nigeria from London and start music professionally. His music broke into Nigerian music scene on June 2012 when he drop the hit "Like to Party.on 5th September 2012,the video for "Like to Party" was released and was shot by squareball Media services, later in the month the star drop a single Titled  "Tonight"
